- For both the Scotland and England websites, drove and delivered the migration of over 9,000 web pages (reduced from 14,000) and assets from a legacy CMS to a new headless system, Contentful

- Slashed the charity’s production costs and delivery time for video content, moved video management in-house and delivered eight videos to support campaigns and services
- Led online delivery of Mencap’s most successful influencing campaign for Learning Disability Week, with more than 2,200 campaign actions: emails to MPs and local newspapers
